How to Pay

We accept the major Credit and Debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro/Switch (domestic). For overseas customers, billing in Sterling will be converted by your credit card company at the prevailing exchange rate.

Please supply your name as on the card, the card number in full, its expiry date and the 3-digit card verification number on the signature strip (for Maestro/Switch we also need the Issue number and/or valid from date), and the address to which the card is registered, if this is different to the delivery address.

Cheque
Dated and signed cheques should be sent with the order, made payable to 'Constellation'. Please do not fill in the exact amount (sometimes items are out of stock, though we try and keep stock levels as high as humanly possible!), instead write 'not to exceed £xxxx' underneath your signature, adding approximately 5-10% to the total you have calculated including VAT and postage.

This instruction is mandatory on your bank and allows for errors or miscalculations. We will then fill in the cheque to the correct amount. Don't forget to put your name, address and your cheque guarantee card number with expiry date on the back of the cheque. We reserve the right to delay dispatching an order until a cheque has cleared the bank, please also note we will not begin an order if cheque or card details are not enclosed.
