Returns
If you wish to cancel your order you can do so in writing within 7 days of placing it. We will then either issue a credit note or give a full refund. Please bear in mind all returned items must be in their original packing, unused, well packed and with the original invoice enclosed. We reserve the right to refund for the goods only and not the postal charges on returned/exchanged items.
Please report any shortages or breakages within 2-3 working days.
Please note we do not offer a 'Sale or Return' service, but this does not affect your statutory rights.
