Do you have a shop?No we don’t – however we may be able to give you the name and address of a shop in your area, which supplies our beads.
Do you have a minimum order?Yes we do – £10.00 (inc VAT) before postage for retail customers and £20.00 (before VAT and postage) for wholesale customers.
Can I order retail and wholesale?Yes – but please keep wholesale and retail orders separate and note that the minimum totals for each order still apply.
How long does it take to receive my order?It usually takes 3-4 working days from the receipt of the order – however during busy periods this can sometimes take a little longer. We do always try our best to get it out sooner if the beads are needed urgently. We also offer a next day delivery service, which is the price of Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Do you over sell your beads at shows?Yes we do – please see news for updates on forthcoming shows.Can we visit your premises?Wholesale customers are very welcome by appointment.
