Credit Cards

We accept Visa/Barclaycard, Access/Mastercard, American Express or Switch. Billing in sterling will be converted by your credit card company at the current exchange rate.

Retail Orders

Prices include 17.5% VAT. Every effort is made to maintain prices but it may be necessary to vary them without notice. Minimum retail order £10.00. Tens in one colour or finish only.

Wholesale Orders

Minimum wholesale order £20.00 (not including VAT). Quantities in one colour or finish only. 17.5% VAT will be added to both order and to shipping.

Worldwide Service

E.C. Member States – if you are registered for VAT – please quote your VAT number in the special requests or messages box – you will not be charged VAT.

Channel Isles & BFPO’s – you will not be charged VAT. For retail orders deduct 17.5% from the catalogue price

Trade Description

Small variations in colour and size may occur in different batches of beads. Every effort has been made to ensure descriptions are correct at the time of going to press. Items in ” ” or colour descriptions describe the colour only and not the material. Anything made of sterling silver or a semi precious stone will be clearly stated sterling silver etc. GP = goldplate or gilt. SP = silverplate.

Shortages, Breakages and Dissatisfaction

Please report within 2-3 working days. We do not offer a sale or return service but this does not affect your statutory rights – if you are not happy please let us know.

Postal Charges

UK addresses: We add £1.50 for orders under £30, £2.50 for orders between £30 and £50 and £4.05 for orders between £50 and £75. Orders over £75 will be sent at cost. This will depend on both the value and the weight. We do not have a carriage paid order. Example prices for orders over £75 are : – Up to 500g – £4.05, up to 1kg – £5.20 and up to 2 kg – £6.55. If you would prefer a lower postal charge and do not mind waiting for your order we will send it parcel force but you must let us know at the time of ordering. These postal charges are based on current national rates – if these alter we will alter our rates accordingly.

For large wholesale orders, customers will be notified and carriage and insurance will be charged at cost.

Special Delivery

Parcels can be sent overnight delivery but postage will be charged at cost – we will contact you.

Postal Charges Outside the UK

These are estimated by the shopping cart and are sent at cost when weighed. If you would like a total before we send your parcel please let us know at the time of ordering.
